Randall Strickland is a long-time industry leader in Sustainability and ESG Investing, with over 20 years of experience in sustainability, impact investing and asset management.  Randall serves as Director of Cornerstone Capital Group, an investment consulting and advisory firm integrating the discipline of sustainable finance with mainstream capital markets. Cornerstone advises both investors and corporations on how to optimize their financial and business decision-making processes to create more sustainable business models.

Prior to joining Cornerstone, Randall served as Sustainable Investment Specialist at Sentinel Investments, where he worked alongside the firm’s sustainable investing portfolio management and research teams as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for clients and their advisors. Randall’s experience also includes senior positions at City National Bank of New Jersey, ImpactAssets, Principal Global Investors, Commonfund and TIAA.

Randall is an adjunct professor of sustainable finance at Bard College and Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business.

Randall is a Board Member at Seton Hall Prep School, the Seedlr Foundation and the Montclair Public Library Foundation. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Master of Arts from New York University.
